Today, we are a well-established skilled team of partners with many years of international experience in leadership and specialist positions. Our customers are provided with additional know-how through the co-operation with international experts. Our head office is in Cham, and we have branch offices in Germany, France and Austria.

However, it started out small on 1 May 1996 as a sole proprietorship, which was transformed into a joint stock corporation in 2000.

April 2001 saw the first step abroad to Leipzig, where the first branch office was established.

In 2002, we created the personality development training in co-operation with Dr. Kurt Bachmann. This is the only company-wide training we offer - it is a sustainable training which we have performed successfully for years.

In the back office, Patricia Zürcher and Monica Cirillo assist the trainers with their work.

We are interchangeable in our core competency of training, coaching and consulting, as well as methods and instruments. But not as a person in co-operation with people. There, the respective trainer is unique in their individual characteristics and long-time experience, and strives to develop the individuality of relations with the participants and broaden their horizons.
