Training
Training is successful if it is performed systematically, if it is developed consistently over a set time frame, and is subordinate to this goal. That's why training is also not a situational, one-off process. For us, training is assisting, encouraging, and consistently optimising according to the latest methods. In a company-specific manner. In a process-oriented manner. Organically.
The Step-by-Step principle
In step 1, we get to know your organisation - your targets, your basic conditions and your expectations. In step 2, you are given a proposed approach which we specify together with you. We commence step 3 with a pilot training session and then exchange our experiences - you from a company point of view, and us from the perspective of the external partner. If need be, we add and strengthen statements and content, or change them before the roll-out in step 4. In step 5, we ensure the transfer and transfer controls - the successful receipt of a future-oriented training session.
