With the aim of generating a noticeable added value in consulting for customers, all customer advisors go through a modular training program and complete it with the certification defined for their consulting role. Matthia Diener developed a half-day learning methodology seminar for the SZKB, with which the customer advisors could develop their tools for efficient and effective learning. On the basis of a personal assessment and the definition of the individual learning type, the participants got to know different learning techniques suitable for them and developed their own personal learning plan. Numerous customer advisors made use of this voluntary offer. We are convinced that the seminar has contributed to the success of the training program. "
